Linear Shaft is case hardened to HRC58-62 and suitable for use with linear bearings and linear ball bearings. Linear shaft provides the most consistent surface hardness and depth of hardness across a range of sizes, offering increased performance. The consistent dimensional tolerances along the entire length of the steel shafting maximize consistent bearing operation. • Solid round shafting is available in Metric sizes from 3 mm thru 80 mm, and lengths to 6 meters,• Material options C45 & GCr15• Predrilled shafting for use with support rails is available 12 mm thru 50 mm, and lengths to 6 meters• Case hardened steel for optimum performance• Surface finish 8-12 RMS• Standard cut to length tolerance of /- 0.8 mm to customer specification• Custom end machining available upon request
